Going to work is not as difficult as working. Working effectively results in productivity. And personal productivity is your irresistible way of becoming a leading light in your generation. Ensure that the sacrifices you are making lead to increased productivity. Many are content with their efforts and personal sacrifices even if these do not result in productivity. They have a sense of accomplishment by looking at what they have endured or given up. They are satisfied with their sacrifices. Please do not suffer for nothing; make sure every sacrifice improves your personal productivity rating.
Colossians 1:10
10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
In the ninth verse of Colossians chapter one Paul intimates that he prayed constantly – without ceasing – for the Colossian church, that they might be filled with the full discernment of the will of God in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Consequently, that they will accurately represent the Lordship of Christ. You know, God wants you and me to represent the Lordship of Christ in all things, and a sure way of doing this is through personal productivity.
Your personal productivity honors God. God is pleased with productivity.
Please take time out to think deeply about your personal productivity. Live a life of unequalled personal productivity. Efforts, inputs and personal sacrifice are not an end in themselves; keep your eye on your personal productivity rating. If you sacrifice all and produce nothing you will be worse off.
Be productive at work. Produce more than is expected. Measure your productivity daily. You are paid for what you produce. Remember, money moves towards productivity.
It is what you produce that will introduce you to the world.
Shout it out loud, “I am a producer today!”
